Getting Jet Sahara live meant seeding a real fleet (vehicle categories, individual vehicles), setting up their subscription and entitlements, and giving their team working admin access -- the unified-admin build that this rollout was built around. It also meant finding real bugs that only show up with a live login: gaps in tenant data isolation, an admin panel that wasn't actually reachable outside a local environment, issues that only exist once an actual second tenant is using the system alongside the platform's own data.
That's the value of a first real tenant: it turns "should work in theory" into "does work, and here's what broke when it didn't." Every one of those fixes makes CAREcho more solid for the next operator who comes onto the platform.
